1.  We are planning a Memorial day cookout and group ride!  Start time is 11:00AM .  Please bring a dish to pass.  Then for those that want to participate, we are going on a trail ride - be saddled and ready to go at 1:00PM.  Hopefully, Mother Nature will cooperate.

2.  The string horses will be turned out a few weekdays from approximately 11:00AM to 3:30PM in the area by the back barn, outdoor arena, etc.  We picked these times because most days this is quiet time at the ranch with most of you at work, etc.  The entrance will be roped off, however, you are welcome to drive to the back but with caution (unless the red cones are up).  Just make sure you re-latch the rope.  This is a trial so if this becomes a problem, we will discontinue.  Additionally, to insure the public knows they can drive to the back, we are asking you for your assistance - please, if you see someone that needs to enter on a day the horses are out, explain that they still can go to the back but will need to proceed with caution.   The chances of this happening should be minimal.

3.  The FLY PREDATORS have been distributed.  Please do not fly spray your horses in the barns - this will kill them.  Thank you again for your contribution!!

4.  The Coggins have been mailed to our office.  If you would like to pick up your paperwork they will be on the bulletin board in the lounge.

Take Care,
Paula
