New Business                                                  

1.                  WELCOME NEW MEMBERS! Caden, Parker, Olivia, Caty, & Zoe

2.                  Visitors- All Visitors are welcome to join our meetings without joining the club. However, the club will not pay for non member social events.

3.                  Any Green Ideas? Take Home Craft Ideas, Community Service, etc. 

4.                  Next month will be elections month. After some deep thought I have decided the positions for 2009 will be President, Vice President, Secretary, Communications Officer, Bulletin Board Officer, Photographer (must have digital camera), Green Service Project Supervisor

5.                  Sponsor Letter. Each 4-H Family Must get a $50 sponsor.

6.                  2008/2009 Treat/Drink Schedule. New members can you fill any of the blanks?

7.                  Social Activity for November. Ice Skating Owen’s Center 6:15 – 9:30pm  Brenda Millenger.

8.                  Information and shopping lists will be sent out to those that participated in this year’s successful fundraiser. Thanks for all your DEDICATION and hard work.  Majority rules and it looks like we will be going back to Grizzly Jack Lodge. The event will be held December 19 and 20th.  I need to know who will be able to attend?  I’d like to leave the Rockin’ P by 2:00 pm. Some of you have a half day..can everyone else get out early?

The meetings will be the 4th Sunday of the month at 4:00 at the Rockin P Ranch.
